Care Log Data: Feeding times, diaper changes, sleep duration, mood entries, symptoms, and growth measurements you voluntarily record.

Communication Data: Messages exchanged with our care team through the in-app messaging system.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and cookies for analytics and service improvement.

How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery: To match you with appropriate care professionals, schedule visits, and personalize your postpartum support plan.

Safety & Verification: To verify identity, conduct background checks on care providers, and ensure the safety of all parties.

Communication: To send booking confirmations, reminders, care team updates, wellness tips, and respond to inquiries.

Care Coordination: To share relevant care log information with your assigned support professionals (only with your explicit consent).

Payment Processing: To process payments, issue refunds, and maintain billing records.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

Care Professionals: We share only the information necessary for your assigned care professional to provide services (e.g., address, care preferences, baby's routine).

Service Providers: We engage trusted third parties for payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
