Non-Medical Support Only

RenewedBirth provides non-medical, non-clinical postpartum and newborn care support. We are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns, diagnoses, and treatment.

What We Do

  • Feeding assistance and guidance (breast and bottle)
  • Newborn care education (soothing, bathing, cord care guidance)
  • Light household support (laundry, meal prep, kitchen reset)
  • Maternal wellness support and emotional presence
  • Sibling support and engagement during visits
  • Sleep guidance and routine establishment support
  • Care log documentation and communication with family
  • Resource referrals to licensed professionals
  • Postpartum recovery support (non-medical)

What We Do Not Do

  • Provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment
  • Administer medications or supplements
  • Perform clinical assessments or procedures
  • Replace the care of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Make medical decisions on behalf of clients
  • Provide mental health therapy or counselling
  • Perform tasks requiring clinical training
  • Interpret medical test results

When to Contact Your Healthcare Provider

Please contact your doctor, midwife, or go to emergency care immediately if you or your baby experience:

Fever over 38°C (100.4°F)
Severe or persistent pain
Signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus)
Heavy bleeding or large clots
Difficulty breathing or chest pain
Severe headache or vision changes
Baby not feeding or lethargic
Signs of dehydration in baby
Suicidal thoughts or severe depression
Wounds not healing properly

In case of emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
